Ora-19571 archived-log recid stamp not found in control file

I recently update backup exec with last service pack and agent in remote systems but the error doesn’t change. We have problems to backup oracle database or archivelog with backup exec 2014.īackup exec 2014 is installed in windows 2008 and oracle database is installed in windows 2003 and oracle version is 10.2.0.2.
